Mom in the hospital.

Last night, my mom walked down the hall to wake me up to say she thought she was having a heart attack. Called the ambulance ans she is now in the framingham union hoaspital. she probably will be moved from the icu to a regular room today.

I'm at work now, as I expect today will be a day of tests and gathering records from her previous hospitalizations.

Thanks. Today was a day of tests and seeking records and suchlike. They have ruled out cardiac and infection things. Current working theory is the change of her blood pressure meds led to the buildup of fluid in her lungs. But since her lungs still have a lot of fluid in them, and her blood pressure is still rather high, they are keeping her in the ICU for another night and will do more tests tomorrow. With snowmageddon V forecast for tomorrow, I'm glad I'm not going to have to figure out how to get her back home in the middle of that.
