It's Festival time in Bangor again.

Time to head back up to maine to work on the American Folk Festival in Bangor. leaving home the weekend of the 21st. I don't have to be up in Bangor until Sunday the 23rd, so my plans for the weekend heading up there is pretty up in the air. I'm thinking of seeing a few of the architectural landmarks, but no particular plans.

Up in Bangor, I'll be in the Holiday Inn Odlin Road in Bangor when I am not down on the festival site. www.americanfolkfestival.com is the web site. Anyone local who wants to say hi, come down to the site during the day. Look for the ops compound which is the parking lot with a couple of office and storage trailers by Railroad Street. I'll be the guy with the safety yellow ball cap lugging the heavy cables around. My busy days are wednesday, thursday, and peaking on friday morning as the festival opens. Saturday is my slow day, mostly just have to be onsite to handle problems. Sunday at close of festival, I shift from lazy to full speed ahead, and will be working late sunday night and all day monday picking everything up I've been putting out for the past week.

Heading back home on tuesday September 1st.
