Called my dentist to ask if I could come in and have her cement the temporary crown back in. She said, "just a moment" and put me on hold. back on after a few moments. "Your crown is in, would you like to come in thursday and have it done?"
"Yes!" I sez. So, today I got the thing cemented in. One more thing completed, well, once I finish paying for it, forgot to bring the checkbook with me today. Whoops. Check is written and I'll drop it off on the way to work tomorrow.
For all my friends who live in the tornado damaged areas, I hope that you and yours are all well, and nothing irreplaceable got destroyed.
Fixed the dryer problem. Electric clothes dryers work sooo much better when the birds nest is removed from the dryer exhaust pipe. gotta take the boom lift around the house and fix the cover flap on the dryer vent, hopefully preventing another bird nest from forming there again.
This weekend, weather should be nice, according to the weather-guessers on the radio. So gonna be in the boom lift doing carpenter things to the house. Haircut too, time for my summertime buzz-cut, makes the baldness a bit less obvious, and it is, of course, cooler.
