oh frabujous day....

I took the day off from work today. Not becasue it was 80 degrees, sunny, and otherwise glorious outside. But because my back was having painful muscle spasms. Probaby because I lifted something too heavy saturday night at work, and didn't take as good care of it on Sunday as I should have.

I'm going to try to LJ cut this, for those who don't want to read it.
