I'm pretty sure like 11000 of these stores are within driving distance of my apartment.

Very likely. If you really want to know, I'm sure that on the dunkies web site there is an app that lets you know how many are around you.

Yup, there is. Within 10 miles of my home zip code, the thing found 20 locations. I figured there would be more. Hmm.. Work, only finds 20 locations. Allston, only 20. I guess it caps it at 20 locations.

Looking again, the 20th is only 6.15 miles from my home zip code.

Well, yeah, but I would expect to be able to find crappy to reasonably adequate hamburgers in france. I wouldn't expect to find a decent donut in China. Chinese pastries, absolutely, but not donuts.

True. But for me, that is not an issue, as I rather dislike the taste of coffee. Never really developed a taste for coffee. My mom drinks tea, and my dad ran vending machines back before they invented freeze-dried coffee, so he was tasting and adjusting the fresh brew coffee machines on his route constantly, so he got way more coffee than he ever wanted on his route.

Then I was in the navy, and the cook on my ship... He liked his coffee strong. No, stronger than that. Stronger... Really a lot stronger. Once we were out at sea about a week, the coke machine ran out, and the only option for caffiene addicts was ships coffee. I would mix equal parts coffee from the pot, hot water, and milk. Then stir in sugar until it wouldn't dissolve any more. Then it was something that I could tolerate. Half a cup of that gave me all the get up and go I needed in the mornings. *ick*
