Getting ready for Boskone next weekend.

Like it says, Boskone is only five days away, although I've been working on it for months. Work session tomorrow (Sunday) at the nesfa clubhouse in Somerville, MA. Laminating badges for everyone preregistered for the con. With flamethrower breaks out back to melt some of the ice and snow. wednesday evening is truck loading at NESFA of all the assorted stuff we need to run the convention. Thursday evening at the hotel is truck unloading, SBOF, and setting up the Galleria for the convention. Then I take possession of the empty truck and take it home overnight.
Friday morning, drive big truck to the resturant depot and meetup with DaveA for shopping for foodstuffs. Transit to BJs store to pick more food things there. Then into the Westin waterfront to unload all of the above. Then the truck is no longer my problem and there ends my major work obligation for the convention.

Friday to sunday. enjoy the convention.

I figure I'll be hanging out someplace in the con suite or the gaming area most of the con. Planning on dealing blackjack to anyone who cares to sit down at the table. no doubt I'll end up doing a lot of random volunteer work at the con, but I'm under no obligation this year.
