Are you demolishing and rebuilding from the ground up, or are you going to have them salvage what they can of the remaining structure? If you are demolishing and building from the ground up, talk to Siggy about modular homes, that's what they got and it's quite nice. It might be a faster way to get it done. Theirs had a few custom specifications, but I'm sure you and your mother don't care as much about higher ceilings and a higher kitchen counter or four or five bedrooms. Just a thought, good luck getting it all straightened out, I can imagine it's quite frustrating.
