Dad is home.

dalesqlFinally, my dad is back home from hospital. 146 days and a wakeup.
Not too surprisingly, there was a lot of little things we missed or misunderstood, but managed to deal with. Tomorrow and friday the nursing service will have someone here all day, and there will be other folks from the various senior services agencies will be here to 'assess his needs' and see what kinds of services we can get at what cost.
The weekend will be more settling in, no doubt.
I pretty much expect not to have much of a life outside of work and taking care of parents for a couple of weeks.
