It's that time of year again.

In for my biannual DOT physical tomorrow. Whoo hoo! Such excitement.

Well, I sorta passed. Blood pressure was too high, so I gotta go to my regular doctor and have that worked up. *sighs* Time to get serious about exercise and weight loss.
