Maine time again.

Once again it is time for my annual trip up to maine. Vacation starts when I leave work today. Tonight is emergency shopping for something to replace my laptop which died last night. Probably some form of inexpensive tablet device. Mostly I just use it for email and web surfing. But hopefullly with capability for external keyboard. Typing this on my smart phone is the pits.

tomorrow, finish packing and drive north to visit with fyredawg for some fun and forest time.

After that, continue north to Bangor to work on The American Folk Festival. Anyone near Bangor would be welcome for some socializing... Daytimes I will mostly be at the festival site. corner of railroad and front streets.and look for the office trailers uphill. Evenings they are putting me up at the holiday inn.

I hope all my friends at FAU this weekend and worldcon in a couple weeks have lots of fun.
