Husband is being sought by the police to serve him with a restraining order to keep away from his wife. (Presumably because of domestic violence.) Restraining order creates it's magic aura around the house to keep him away from his wife... not. He goes to house, shoots his wife in the head, then goes outside where he commits suicide.
Wife gets up, confused and bleeding, meets the police at the door and offers them tea. She is expected to recover fully after surgery to repair holes in her skull. May be able to go home in three days.
