It's official

I have type 2 diabeties.  Started taking a daily pill that is supposed to help.  I have a couple pounds of handouts about my new illness I need to read.   In short, cut sugar and starches way way back in my diet, eat more veggies and proteins, exercise and lose weight.      Go back in three months for more tests to see how I'm doing.  Ugh.   Sounds so simple and easy.   Right?    *sighs*

The new generator got delivered today.    Will unpack and hook it up this weekend to see how it works and verify it works.  Only worry is the manual specifies liquid propane, not gas propane, so have to research if I have to get special propane tanks for it.

If it were that simple and easy, I'd have done all of the above and be in much better position for avoiding a similar diagnosis myself. Or at least put it off for another decade or so. (Given my family history, it will be utterly shocking if I don't develop it eventually; indeed, the surprise is that I don't have the diagnosis yet. But I'm most likely damned close.)

So, no, not easy, but necessary. Good luck!
