Now a pair of parents in the hospital.
Sighs....
So I'm thumbing this out on my phone while I'm sitting in the emergency room with my mom. She has a cold, which has enlarged into a pneumonia, with possible flu. The hospital is nearly full, and since there is suspected flu, she has to have one of the unavailable single rooms. They say they have called in an extra nurse to work on one of the wards with an empty single room, making that room available for mom when that nurse gets in. Otherwise she gets a room in the er until one of the regular rooms opens up from someone getting discharged in the morning.
Happy happy, joy joy... yawns.
