Running away to join the circus?

dalesqlWow, talk about things happening fast. Last night, around midnight, I emailed a resume in on an online job posting. About an hour after I finished my previous entry, I get a phone call from the folks, they want to interview me. Way cool, interview scheduled for 3pm today.
I head over to them, arrive slightly late due to some traffic snarls, possibly from the crane collapse in downtown Boston today, and do the interview. Half an hour later they make me the offer.
So. . . . .
Do I want to become an electrician with the Big Apple Circus? Money isn't great, and it's 100% travel. They provide room and board. The room I would get is lots larger than what I lived in when I was living on the ship, so I know I can do that. But it's a regular paycheck with benefits and vacation and so on. Can't bring my car with me, so I can save some money by leaving the car home and turning in the plates. Save some more turning off the DSL line at home. Keep the cell phone and get internet connectivity where I can find it.
Decisions, decisions. I have to have a response back to him in a couple of days.
