I think that if they had been driving alone, they probably would have been driving carefully. But it gets back to the kind of person who buys this sort of car. If they happen to be driving along in the same direction with another one, and then the testosterone poisoning kicks in and all thought and common sense gets drowned out. (the purchasers of these cars are, in my experience, overwhelmingly male. )
